Product can be returned or for exchange if product is returned in new and original condition with original packaging, price tags and label tag still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and in unworn condition, then returns will be accepted if the product delivered back within:
a) 7 days from arrival of package for local delivery
b) 7 days from arrival for overseas delivery
You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are NOT returnable and exchangeable.
Items that are damaged, marked or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.
